- How many days can I leave my luggage in the luggage lockers?
- The storage period is up to 3 days, including the day you start using the locker.
- What are the operating hours for the luggage lockers?
- The luggage lockers can be used during the businese hours of subway stations.
- What happens to my luggage after the expiration date?
- It will be collected and stored at the location designated by our company.
A storage fee will be charged according to the duration your luggage is stored.
If the luggage remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be disposed of.
- Are there any items that cannot be stored in the luggage lockers?
- The following items are not allowed to be stored:
（1）Cash and valuables
（2）Corpses
（3）Explosives and other dangerous items
（4）Firearms, swords and other weapons
（5）Animals
（6）Perishable or easily deteriorated items
（7）Any other items deemed unsuitable for storage
- What should I do if I lose my luggage locker key (IC card, receipt)?
- Please contact the designated support center.
We will assist you on-site.
You will be required to present identification. We will charge you 1,500 yen as the on-site assistance fee.
- How can I retrieve my luggage after the expiration date？
- Please contact the designated support center and pick up your items at the luggage Locker Storage Handling Office.
You will need to present identification and pay both the locker usage fee and the extention fee.
- Can I exchange money for 100-yen coins?
- Except at the Block A of Sakura-dori Line in Nagoya Station, no coin exchange service is available. Please prepare them in advance.
